Fine-celled low density tooling planks used for prototype modeling, tooling, CNC proofing and master pattern applications. Polyurethane Foam Boards will provide a surface which produces good edge definition and also enhances paintability and finishing. Stocked sizes are available in 10#, 15#, 20# and 30# densities. Other densities and sizes are available upon request.

Quart, Gallon and Pail Units
Self-distinguishing, cream colored adhesive designed for use with our polyurethane foam boards. The strength of this adhesive bond will exceed the strength of the foam boards. This system will expand slightly on cure to fill gaps between boards, minimizing voids along bond lines.
