RTV Silicones for Mold Making

TCC Offers GT Products Inc. mold making materials so you can create tough-but-flexible molds to reproduce intricate details and deliver high-quality replicas again and again!

GT-1335, GT-1337, GT-1350

These addition cure two-component silicone rubber compounds are designed for making flexible molds. These systems have a low durometer and are easily stretched off of parts. They're recommended for repetitive production of intricate shapes cast in epoxy or urethane resins. They're also ideal for potting electronic components, protecting sensitive assemblies against thermal shock and vibration and as optical coupling adhesives.

GT-5092, GT-5316

These condensation cure two-component silicone rubber compounds are designed for making flexible molds. They feature a low durometer, high tear strength and low viscosity. They are resistant to sulfur clays, amines, butyl and chlorinated rubbers and other condensation RTV silicones which would inhibit the cure of addition cure TRV rubbers. These two systems have a fast and slow catalyst available.
