CASS Polymers, Inc.

CASS Polymers, Inc. ("CASS Polymers") is the developmental vehicle for the Company's polymers business. In addition to providing strategic and financial direction for these operations, CASS Polymers management is actively seeking additional appropriate acquisitions to complement the product mix and services of Ad-Tech Plastic Systems Corp. and Milamar Coatings, L.L.C.

Ad-Tech Plastic Systems Corp.

Ad-Tech Plastic Systems Corp. ("Ad-Tech"), an ISO 9001 certified company, was formed in 1981 to develop, formulate and market polymeric compounds to the aerospace, automotive, construction and marine industries. Currently, Ad-Tech offers a product line of approximately 150 epoxy, polyester and urethane systems. Since inception, Ad-Tech products have been distributed around the world. Ad-Tech's proven expertise, product development capabilities and willingness to meet customers' needs have contributed to recognition of the Company as a leader in the composites industry.

Milamar Coating, L.L.C.

Milamar Coatings ("Milamar") was established in 1987 as a formulator of MIL SPEC coatings. In 1994, the PolyMax line of commercial/industrial, high performance polymer flooring products was introduced with direct sale of the products to professional seamless flooring contractors. Today the PolyMax label is a recognized trade name reflecting quality, price and service. In addition, Milamar has entered into numerous private label and toll manufacturing agreements and has developed a line of heavy duty, solvent free, low odor coatings that are suitable for and marketed to consumer markets. Efficient utilization of plant facilities and technology have helped make Milamar one of the fastest growing and highest quality formulators and blenders of polymer flooring products in the industry.

CASS Services, L.L.C.

CASS Services, L.L.C. ("CASS Services") is a government/military service provider and manufacturer which currently maintains contracts with the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC) to re-manufacture AM-2 matting and manufacture accessory items for Expeditionary Airfield activities. CASS Services has been involved with NAWC and the Naval Surface Warfare Center since the early 1970's and is responsible for coating 20 million square feet of runway surface including 3.5 million square feet in Okinawa, Japan and the flight deck of every aircraft carrier in the United States fleet. In addition, CASS Services has over 40 years of experience in contracting, ranging from the cleaning and blasting of ship hulls to cleaning and painting oil field tanks, refineries, aircraft landing mats, aircraft carrier decks, industrial steel beams as well as many other painting and coating operations.

CASS Financial, L.L.C.

CASS Financial, L.L.C. ("CASS Financial"), which also operates under the pseudonym CASS Leasing, specializes in providing lease-financing programs for manufacturers and vendors that market products regionally and nationally. The Company's leasing programs are designed to assist vendor's sales efforts by providing a financing vehicle that reduces working capital and line of credit requirements for their customers. The Company provides equipment lease financing for a variety of businesses and for most types of equipment. CASS Leasing's broad client base includes utilities, major manufacturers, national photography specialists, contractors, and grocery chains. The Company has arranged leases for portable shotblasters, industrial brake presses, high efficiency lighting systems, spray washing cabinets and horse/cargo trailers
