EPOXY ADHESIVES

EA-604 5 minute adhesive
EA-604 is a two-component liquid adhesive with excellent wetting and quick cure characteristics. EA-604 will cure at temperatures as low as 0°F. It exhibits an easy 1 to 1 ratio with a 4-6 minute work life at 25°C/77°F, and sets to handling strength in 10-15 minutes.

EA-605 short pot life
EA-605 is a user friendly, two component adhesive with a positive mix indicator to ensure a complete mix. The short pot life allows for early handling strength and qualifies the material for many production applications.

EA-607 epoxy fairing/keel adhesive
EA-607 is a sandable thixotropic paste for use in the production marine industry. The convenient 1 to 1 mix ratio by weight or volume, moderate 15-20 minute work life, and easy application make it very adaptable to production surface fairing or keel bonding applications

EA-608 medium set adhesive
EA-608 is a two-component liquid adhesive with excellent wetting characteristics. EA-608 will cure at temperatures as low as 0°F. It exhibits an easy 1 to 1 mix ratio with a working life of 15-20 minutes at 25°C/77°F and sets to handling strength in less than one hour. EA-608 is a longer work life version of the EA-604 adhesive system.

EA-611 long pot life adhesive
EA-611 is a two component long pot life paste adhesive designed for all general purpose bonding application. EA-611 is well suited to bonding of similar and dissimilar materials. The long working life gives the user adequate time to do large areas or positioning of many parts to be bonded.

EA-616 epoxy weld adhesive
EA-616 has a relatively fast set, 8-13 minutes at 25°C/77°F, and reaches handling strength in 1-1/2 to 3 hours. EA-616 exhibits excellent bond strength to such unusual substrates as fiberglass, graphite epoxy, rubber, thermoplastics, stainless steel, aluminum, oily metal and other difficult to bond materials.

EA-618 Aluminum filled adhesive
EA-618 is a two component, aluminum-filled epoxy adhesive. The easy 1 to 1 mix ratio, and color coded system make EA-618 especially easy to use. This system cures to a strong, durable bond that adheres well to concrete, steel, glass and wood

EA-621 semi-rigid adhesive/filler
EA-621 semi-rigid adhesive/filler was developed from the latest epoxy technology for permanent and efficient bonding and filling of FRP, RTM, RIM, metal, aluminum, and other substrates. EA-621 can be used to repair cracks, gouges and punctures in thermoset and ABS parts and panels.

EA-623 epoxy adhesive/filler
EA-623 was developed from the latest epoxy technology for permanent and efficient bonding and filling of FRP, RTM, RIM, metal, aluminum, and other substrates. EA-623 can be used to repair cracks, gouges and punctures in thermoset and ABS parts and panels. EA-623 has excellent chemical and moisture resistance. This system can withstand freeze/thaw cycles yet remain tough, hard and resilient.

Convenient package sizes include 50ml dual syringe cartridges, 150x150ml cartridges, and larger industrial sizes.  The dual syringe cartridges are easy to use; the static mixing nozzle eliminates the need for messy mixing procedures. Since the user doesn’t come in contact with the adhesives, these systems are safer than conventional mixing methods. The dual syringe cartridges dispense the mixed adhesive in a precise bead exactly where you need it, eliminating waste, reducing costs and saving you money!
