ESG-215 High Temp Graphite Filled Patching Paste

Developed to produce quality repairs of surface defects on autoclave tooling at temperatures exceeding 400°F to meet the requirements of the aircraft and aerospace industries.  Also effective for minor engineering changes in high temperature tools and dies.  Compatible with ES-215, EL-315, pre-pregs.  Boeing MMS-101 & M41-03-01

ESR-217-AL High Temp Surface Repair, Aluminum Filled
50-60 Minutes
Gray

An excellent material for making permanent repairs and engineering changes to surfaces on high temperature tools and dies.  Can be sanded or machined to leave and undetectable repair.

4 - 6 Minutes
White, Gray, Brown
Superior handling characteristics. A smooth creamy thixotropic paste of the highest quality. Offers excellent strength and rigidity. Excellent adhesion to nearly all substrates and can be finished to a feather edge.

No. 17 High Heat Resistant Filler
4-6 Minutes

Developed for use in tooling, fabrication and repair in the aerospace, aircraft and automotive industries where elevated temperatures to 446°F may occur. Low mousture absorption also makes this an ideal filler/repair material for the marine industry. Excellent bond strength to fiberglass, SMC, BMC, RIM, FRP composites and other substrates. Accepts all types of coatings without discoloration.
